Over the last two months, with all the literary competitions and tournaments I've decided to participate in, I've had to write breathlessly. Write with the minutes counted . I started with the Grand Prix which had a deadline that coincided with a round of the Royal Rumble. And this butcher's shop saw me active for three shifts, I didn't get to the fourth. Furthermore, as if that wasn't enough, I also decided to participate in Minutes counted, and there you write with the time that beats the seconds. In some ways it was stressful. And in my opinion in some cases you can't think too much about the quality of the story. Quality also needs more time and above all tranquility.
Beyond the stress, it was a wonderful writing exercise . Being forced to meet a deadline increases the professionalism of those who love to write. You know that you have to deliver that day, come what may. To be honest, I only had problems with the science fiction story of the Grand Prix, which I still don't know how it went. The results were not Special Data negative at all. I made it through the first round of the Royal Rumble several points behind the bottom two. I passed the second round finishing in second place. I ended up in the roll of honor of the first Minutes on Count in which I participated, coming ninth. And finally I took a third place at USAM in March. Writing with the minutes counted has helped something.
From all this I understood that if you want to write a story, and not only to have it slaughtered at these competitions, but also to send it to a publisher with a view to publication, you have to set a time limit. You need to set a deadline. And then write, with the days, hours and minutes counted. The man was aware of it. It was for that reason that he had gone to the cemetery, to dig up the woman who had died of syphilis that morning. Several hours later everything was ready and the man stood aside with his head bowed, reluctantly accepting the law of his time. The woman, crying, had entered the house to prepare to give her youth to her lord. The woman's father had asked the feudal lord to accept her daughter's wishes and take her in the dark, such was the young woman's shyness. And he had accepted her request, already enjoying that fresh and immaculate body.
