The 80s. New Romantics etc but paradoxically some of the best (underground). Probably always the case that you have to dig for the best though.
Closely followed by the 00s. For X-Factor type stuff and manufactured bands.

Ahh, yes, the 80s, Eye of the Tiger, U2, Pete Waterman, Aga-bleeding-doo, I blame Thatcher my self, but then again, I blame most things on the mad old cow!
