Who and to whom can entrust the processing of personal data? As stated in Art. GDPR the personal data administrator may entrust data processing to another selected entity . In particular this provision states that if processing is to be carried out on behalf of the controller the controller shall only use the services of such processors that provide sufficient guarantees of the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures. So that the processing meets the requirements of this Regulation and protects the rights of data subjects. . The above regulation states that the controller entrusts processing to a selected professional entity to perform specific processing activities.
