www.guardian.co.uk/music/2009/jul/30/men-at-workElsewhere its claimed that Men At Work are being sued for 60% of revenue from the song. A small part of a short flute solo warrants a claim of over half the song? What's Andrew Lloyd-Webber waiting for? Three of Lloyd-Webber's most famous songs were blatantly plagiarised by Felix Mendelssohn (first Violin Concerto in D-Minor taken from 'I Don't Know How To Love Him'), Joseph-Maurice Ravel ('Bolero' taken from 'Memory') and Frank Loesser ('Rosemary' taken from 'Jesus Christ Super Star'). Apparently these artists used a time machine to steal Lloyd-Webber's original work and claim it as their own. Source: TV Offal - Victor Lewis Smith
